**Q: I have bought this item and just got around to installing it, shower mode wont stay on unless you keep the knob pulled up. Is there a way to fix it**
A: I have the exact problem with mine after installing . Did you get a replacement? I have had a very poor response from this company .

**Q: Is the distance between hot and cold standard? I am wondering if it will, for sure, fit what I have now. It does look very similar, but is it standard**
A: We had a plumber install ours and it replaced the existing one without any problems.  It looks a standard width.  Hope that helps

**Q: Can you connect a diffrent shower hose to the unit. Is it the standard fitting?**
A: As far as I know it is standard.

This tap and showerhead set is amazing!! So good for the price too, my plumber friend installed it and he could not get over how good the price was! My mum has really bad arthritis in her hands and she can use these taps a lot easier than the old ones. The showerhead is really good too, and I thought it wouldn't be as it's quite slim but it's better than the last one we had. It was very easy to install as well, it took about 5 minutes. If you're iffy on buying these days, then don't be. Best thing I ever paid for.
