A: Big enough even for a big person, not sure about the exact measurements though.

**Q: Is this good for people who recently got an ear piercing?**
A: My ear fits perfectly in the middle dip. I have multiple ear rings and it doesn’t bother me one bit. Now if you sleep more to the side of the pillow, which I do some times, it may put a lil pressure. But I don’t think it would hurt at all. Hope this helps.

A: I use a regular pillowcase and it fits pretty well.
