I can only sleep on my back and on side due to a disability and washaving so much neck pain and pain into my shoulder and shoulder blades. I am sleeping better now too.Since I started using this pillow it has decreased by about 80% and no longer having sharp pain. What a wonderful pillow! One suggestion would to make tge support for the arm when side sleeping a little wider so arm doesn't slip off so easily and also to assess if a pillow with a deeper depth would be needed for larger individuals ( those with more inch width from neck to shoulder) so there is true spine alignment. The great feature was the space left for the ear so there wasn't such pressure on the ear. I also really liked the support for the cheek when side sleeping without having to readjust the pillow or without it feeling like the pillow was smothering me.
