**Q: What size is needed for an adult knee**
A: I wouuld just measure around your knee and see if you can find the closest size match.  I purchased the flex gel for my ankle and it covered from side to side over top of foot.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Is a sleeve needed**
A: Only if you prefer them. I like to be able to wipe off the packs and use paper towels

**Q: I'm looking for this product to be used for headache relief. Will the small be the appropriate size for that, or should I go up to the large?**
A: The small should be perfect

**Q: Which size is better to cover the ankle?**
A: 3 sizes are the same volume, they all are great to cover ankle, knee, elbow,etc.
