The glue seems to be pretty strong, I didn't notice any of the panels falling off for few weeks now, and my wall is pretty porous. I got few colors (white, silver grey, grey and blue) and installed two layers, one on top of another for a better effect. The walls in my apartment are paper thin and I can hear my neighbor sneeze, so decided to add some layers to the walls. It helped significantly, of course there will be some residual noise left since it's sound dampening, not totally soundproofing, but at least I can't hear my neighbor's conversations or their TV like I did before. I am working from home so every little noise was distracting, now I can focus on my work.
