Into the bin and I looked online for a replacement, settling on this brand. It is great - occupies the same sort of space as a hot water bottle but is filled with, erm, stuff. You pop it in the microwave for 2.5 minutes and are good to go. It stays warm for a long while and of course is quick to re-heat whenever you want to do so.Unlike a hot water bottle it doesn't shift around, as it is not full of fluid, and it doesn't have that solid stopper that a liquid-filled bottle has. This has let me lie on it comfortably, which has helped with gym aches and pains in my shoulders.
