They are plastic with a matte finish and the lenses are really terrific at shielding the sun and super shiny and reflective so your eyes are completely concealed. They are trendy and look really high end and classy. No one would ever look at them and think they are cheapies ! Althought the price is low, the quality is very good. I want more colors, but I am SO stoked about the white. I think I just cried a little bit.

These wayfarers (I got the white frames w. blue lenses) are exactly what I was looking for. I bought these as my first pair of decent sunglasses. I really like the colors and how the blue lenses contrasts the white frame. Unfortunately, they broke a few months afer I purchased them due to how I was storing them in my car. If I stored them any differently, they would have been fine. The top of the frame around one of the lenses snapped.
