Because there are no holes for the handle and spout, the handle gets really hot so I have to use a towel or something to lift the teapot (hence only 4 stars). However, I think some diy handiwork using scissors, needle and thread can fix this! Also, I sit it on a ceramic tile to protect surfaces from heat.
