Review: Great product ... Great price - Great net. Been using these for my son’s baseball team for almost 10 years and they all seem to have essentially the same setup. Easy to dissemble, transport and reassemble. This one is the same. Where I like it better than other similar brands/products is (1) it’s less expensive and (2) it’s really sturdy. It’s one of the sturdiest I have seen. On durability, I gave it 5 stars b/c it seems very well made and is sturdy ... so I’m expecting it to last. That said, I’ve only had it a few weeks ... so time will tell.
Review: **Updated** Less than 20 uses and already broken - Initially, a great product with the appearance of solid build/construction. Netting holds up well and easily put together. However, the connection joint on the poles isn't secured very well. Without the metal joint, the two end poles for the netting can't be connected. Unfortunately, both joints came loose from the poles after less than 5 uses and the team misplaced one of the joints after the last game. Now we have a nice net, but no way to raise it. Wish there was a stronger attachment joint out of the box. Otherwise, a solid product that I would have ordered again. **After contacting seller via their published email on the website; I received a prompt response, apology for the uncommon defect, and sent replacement parts. Seller even threw in an extra to ensure future success. Manufactured items will sometimes have issues, it’s the customer service for those issues that make the difference. Well done! So responsive that I bought another net today.**

Great product for the price. The larger poles make this product great. Easy to set up. Lightweight to move. Update: 2/4/2021 This product has held up really well considering we use it for my sons 9u travel ball team. It just shows how well crafted and designed the item is. Thats only one reason to love the product. I had a mishap with my carry bag and reached out to them for a replacement. Within minutes I received a response and offer to replace the bag at no charge. I will be recommending this company to anyone in the market for their products. It's very hard to find customer service like that anymore. Thank You!
