**Q: Is it different from other barbell mine balls? Soft and light? Is it wear-resistant?**
A: Our barbell attachment is made of natural rubber (the same rubber used in car tires), which is elastic and strong and durable. The honeycomb design on the surface makes it more non-slip, textured and nice to touch. It's a must-have accessory for home gym equipment.

**Q: Is this difficult to remove? I only have 1bar.**
A: Easily slides on and an off

**Q: Can this barbell attachment work on a 1-inch barbell, or for Olympic barbells only?**
A: This product is for 2 inch only and Olympic barbells. If you're using a thinner 1-inch barbell, you can buy barbell adapter sleeves on amazon. To size for an adapter measure from the collar to the end of the barbell, the collar holds the adapter in place, usually with hex bolt. Then your 1-inch barbell can be adapted for this barbell mine.

**Q: Is this product easy to use?**
A: I think it's good! Easy to use and versatile. This product allows you to do more various kinds of exercises with your barbell.   Such as bench press, squats, front squats, T-bar rows, one-arm rowing, presses overhead, rotations for obliques, etc.

Works perfectly. Easy to insert the bar into, and easy to remove the bar from (i.e. no suction). The rubber holds well for most (all?) surfaces. I have a wood laminate floor. I also have rubber flooring over much of it, but haven't tried it yet as I don't need to.
