Cruelty-free?** A: Hello on the bottle it says bluesign approved if that's any help. **Q: Could this be used on Gore Tex walking boots?** A: I suspect the practical answer is no if you are wanting to re-waterproof the Gortex membrane in the boot. Also, it will depend on what the rest of the boot is made of. Leather will not take kindly to this in a washing machine or being soaked enough to allow the reagents to get to the Gortex membrane. Fabric boots I imagine will not be harmed. However, the main difficulty is that most of these re-proofing agents require to be heated once they are dry to activate the repellant. At home with my clothes, I use an iron on a synthetic setting. Not sure if a tumble dryer would be good for your boot's overall construction and adhesives? If your boots are leaking badly it may due to grit having got in and damaged the membrane or the membrane is past its natural life. **Q: I have a mountain warehouse duck feathered jacket. Is this the right stiffni need to clean it? Also, do i put this in with the jacket or in the tray?** A: Hi. I used this on my Patagonia duck feather coat and it worked fine. I put the liquid in the tray. We also bought some tumble dryer balls to plump it up again and they worked well. **Q: Will this work on Craghoppers Aquadry coat?** A: I used it on my craghoppers coat to rd waterproof after it had lost its effectiveness.
