Q: hey guys is the handset meant to get hot? my machine, the bulb part that touches the skin is getting very hot.. hot enough to be uncomfortable..

Yes it does get hot after over 10 minutes of use on the highest setting. I would use on thin skinned areas first and thicker skin towards the end of the treatment session as the bulb heats up.

Q: will the hair eventually grow back once you stop using this?

Some hair will regrow but it be much less than before the treatments and will be tin/ light because these are harder to catch with the ipl technology. The booklet also says that it can take up to 2 years because of the cycle of hair re-grow in your body so keep repeating the sessions for at least 18 months. I have used IPL just for 6 months now but the results are amazing.

Q: Mine was missing a plastic cover and the mains cable ... can someone pls tell me if the mains cable is included or has mine been tampered with

mains cable should be included... sounds a bit iffy cos mine was packaged with everything in plastic bags.

Q: What's the difference between the beurer ipl system 10,000 and the beurer ipl system 10,000+?

Good afternoon,Thank you for your product question, the main difference seems to be the number of light pulse.The 10000 system has a lifetime of 150,000 flashes, before the cartridge needs replacing, whereas the 10000+ has a lifetime of 250,000 flashes, before the cartidge needs replacing.I hope this helps,Kind regards,StressNoMore
