It has been a week since I started using it and it has removed most of my stains, I'm really impressed by how quick it works. I really recommend this product and it come in a lovely box and bag which would make a great gift. Delivery was also very fast, it was dispatched within 24 hours ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ Excellent Customer Service *by T***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 August 2019* I purchased this during our recent (long gone) heatwave. I think due to that heat the product had melted so I followed care instructions to re-flatten product out (its occasional, but this can happen during adverse conditions and can be easily rectified) however, I then couldn't unscrew the lid at all. I had to break into it with a hammer/chisel. This meant I couldn't get much of it out and obviously it was jaggedy and so unsafe. I sent a photo in email direct to the Lavish Customer Care team explaining and without quibble and in superfast time, they'd communicated well and politely with me and issued a replacement which is perfect. Not only is this an excellent product which works, it is also important to recognise excellent customer service when provided, so I am keen to write this review to commend them. Top tip - if your product arrives in similar state, there is a small care note inside the box explaining what to do to correct (its to do with the coconut oil and this cant be helped) but just bear in mind, if you place on windowsill in sunlight/on radiator to soften and flatten out again, don't do what I did and shake it at all - this is how I jammed the lid on, the product got into the screw top so jammed shut, instead just place it straight in fridge to reset and you'll find it'll be perfect again.
