The voice quality is excellent, and the setup process is very easy and user-friendly. I am really happy with the overall performance. However, after a few days of use, the receiver stopped charging. Since the issue occurred after the 7-day desertcart return/replacement window, desertcart Support directed me to contact the seller directly. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Bipin for his outstanding support. He carefully reviewed the videos I shared regarding the issue and promptly arranged a replacement unit.
