They'll slip right off if you're moving around.This product is much more convenient than an actual aloe plant and honestly much less messy. I know this for a fact because I used actual aloe leaves first, for several days. This product was easier, less painful (thorns on burns is ouuuuccchhh), and less messy than aloe leaves, but with seemingly more benefit. Very soothing and cooling. I'd buy again, but get help applying and lying still to allow it to do its job.
