Compared to another brand I purchased, this one is super easy to put on and adjust. You put it on just like a backpack then adjust the straps which Velcro in place. The Velcro is thin but strong and the straps do not slide once placed. I find other products that have more than one part or pads that come on/off to be annoying - too many moving parts. This one is affordable. It’s also comfortable as a posture corrector can be. I have worn it over t-shirts and tank tops while sitting at my desk or watching TV or other slouch-inducing activities. It does not rub my skin or hurt. I guess if you’re above average in terms of height, weight, or chest width, or suffering from very low upper body and arm flexibility, I could understand how one might struggle a bit getting this on, but otherwise I disagree with the reviews stating it’s hard to get on or adjust. This was a breeze.
