Paper thin spiral sliced sheets that lay flat means there’s no limit to the number of culinary ideas you can come up with. I have many plans for new recipes and inventive dishes, thanks to this peeler. So one key to working with this is to start turning the handle before the vegetable or item you’re slicing comes into contact with the blade, this way you’re creating inertia for the blade to do its job.
