Just buy it! Greatly improved my cats gums and breath - This works! Just buy it! Greatly improved my cats gums and breath. I mix a container up ahead. I make sure to dump the day before water into another bowl so she has emergency water available and then everyday I rinse her bowl clean and give her a fresh, small bowl. I don't see any mold on even the old reservoir water and her breath has gone from totally disgusting to no smell at all..even when she meows in my face. She loves the water...drinks more now than ever. She feels better, too! I can tell from the way she acts and she doesn't drool anymore. I tasted a drop of it from the container and it's sweet but when mixed with the water, there is no discernible taste. She is a domesticated feral cat so going to the vet is only for shots and emergency and she's too old for surgery. This has given her back her oral health for sure! Review: MIRACLE JUICE!!!! - This product knocked my socks off. It is no exaggeration when I say that we have tried everything in the last five years and this is the only product that works. We have a senior greyhound with terrible teeth, she has already had two dentals and due to health issues cannot have another one...... Due to the fact that we cannot put her under again, the teeth that she has have to stay with her. Her breath got to the point where it was unbearable to get within 1 foot of her and this is about the fourth fresh breath product I have tried in the last few years. Much to our surprise, the odor started to fade THE FIRST DAY we used it! It used to be so bad that I would have to air out our car after she came for a ride with us because of the bad odor in the car. We are into our third week of using it and are shocked by how well it works and what an amazing job it did on the mouth odor. The most important thing with this product is to be absolutely diligent and follow the instructions right down to the letter. Because she is not a big water drinker, and because she normally have to have a lot of water with her food to soften it, I add the enzyme to a bowl of water first and then put the food in so that she gets the “ Splashing on the teeth“ effect. It took me a little while to figure out the best way we could use it but it turned out to work out beautifully. Remember that this product only works if it’s splashes around in their mouth, so for us it worked out beautifully. It’s very rare nowadays to find a product that does what it claims to do, and this one is it. We couldn’t be more impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ## Features - Enzymatic brushless Oral Solution - Simply add to water - Freshens breath as it reduces plaque build-up - Antibacterial and alcohol free - Easy to use pump dosage system ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002B8O23K | | Age Range (Description) | All Life Stages | | Age Range Description | All Life Stages | | Allergen Information | Abalone Free | | Best Sellers Rank | #19,284 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #106 in Cat Dental Care | | Brand | PKB Animal Health | | Brand Name | PKB Animal Health | | Capacity | 4 fluid ounces | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 1,714 Reviews | | Flavor | Flavorless | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00667334504019, 00667334604009 | | Item Dimensions | 3.5 x 2 x 1.6 inches | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Nype Name | Pet King V-Oratene Drinking Water Additive 4 oz | | Item Weight | 4.8 ounces | | Manufacturer | Pet King Brands, Inc. | | Manufacturer Part Number | BV10400 | | Material Feature | Enzymatic Action with Lp3 and MD2 systems | | Material Features | Enzymatic Action with Lp3 and MD2 systems | | Material Type Free | Chlorhexidine Free, Xylitol Free, Alcohol Free | | Model Number | ZY50401-KW | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Quantity | 1 | | Product Benefits | Freshen breath, clean teeth, remove plaque, support oral health | | Recommended Uses For Product | adding to pet's drinking water for oral care | | Target Audience | Unisex-Adults | | UPC | 667334604009 667334104004 667334504019 | | Unit Count | 4 Fluid Ounces | | Warranty Description | As Labeled | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** All Life Stages - **Brand:** PKB Animal Health - **Flavor:** Flavorless - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Material Type Free:** Chlorhexidine Free, Xylitol Free, Alcohol Free ## Images ![PET King Brands Zymox Oratene Water Additive Enzymatic Brushless Oral Care, 4 Ounces - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/515IrOZWfXL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this made in the USA?** A: The label says it is made in the USA by PKB Animal Health Inc. Phone#:888-752-5487. **Q: Vet said use "2 pumps" per bowl for my cat. We have 3 bowls and change them 2x day (84 "pumps" /week). How many "pumps" in a bottle?** A: One pump is about 1/4 tablespoon (approx.) or .125 ounces. The bottle is 4 ounces, providing bout 32 pumps (+ or - a few pumps). I hope this helps! **Q: is oratene the same a biotene** A: V-biotene's name was changed to V-oratene. Likely because of the confusion of the human dental stuff called Biotene, too. V-Oratene=V-biotene. **Q: What are the contents?** A: Thomas, our bottle says it contains no alcohol, chlorhexidine, or xylitol. "Ingredients: Glucose Oxidase, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Postassium Thiocyanate, Purified Water, Rosemary Extract, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol, Zinc Chloride" (In bold print the following: "Natural Enzymes, Dextranase, Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase, Lysozyme, Mutanase." In that order. I hope this helps in your decision. We notice that our cat likes 32 oz bottled water with two pumps of this daily and that his gums are better. This is vital for us because he cannot undergo anesthesia due to a heart condition. Best wishes to you and yours. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This works! Just buy it! I was drawn to this product because it appears to be the veterinary line produced by Biotene, which is a human mouthwash that I have sworn by for years. After trying another water additive a while back, I was reluctant to try any others. It had been minty flavored (not in itself a downside, except that I think my dog was opposed to the flavor) and it caused the water to foam. Suffice it to say, my pup wouldn't get NEAR that water. That was probably a year ago, and recently I decided to look for another product to hopefully help combat her bad breath. Her teeth are in great shape, and she has been given a Dentastix snack every night since she was a puppy, but all the same, her breath is pretty off-putting. It doesn't take much of the Oratene per bowl of water - so it feels like the 4 oz. bottle it will probably last a while, even with using it (*ahem* when I remember) in two separate bowls (I keep one with her food, and one in my bedroom so she can get a drink at night if she's thirsty). I was immediately pleased to discover that it does NOT make the water foam, nor does it have a smell. In fact, my pup doesn't seem to notice it's there at all, and she continues to drink from the bowls. I have seen some improvement in her breath, and I think I'll likely see more once I get better about putting the Oratene in her bedroom bowl as well - as she actually favors that bowl in general. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product, and I anticipate keeping it on hand at all times. I will update this review once I've been consistently putting the Oratene in -both- water bowls so I can give a better idea as to how effective it has been. ## Frequently Bought Together - PET King Brands Zymox Oratene Water Additive Enzymatic Brushless Oral Care, 4 Ounces - Pet King Brands ZYMOX Oratene Brushless Oral Gel for Dogs and Cats, 1oz - Pet King Brands ZYMOX Oratene Brushless Toothpaste Gel for Dogs and Cats, 2.5oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/5161387-pet-king-brands-zymox-oratene-water-additive-enzymatic-brushless-oral](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/5161387-pet-king-brands-zymox-oratene-water-additive-enzymatic-brushless-oral) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
