## Description

Review: Excellent value for the money - This is the second one that I purchased through desertcart. Had never had any experience with Dell products, mostly HP in the past. The first one was a 7390 with 8Gb ram and 256Gb SSD. I really, really liked it until my daughter took it for her MBA classes and wouldn't give it back. So I bought this 7490 which is almost identical except 16Gb ram and 512Gb SSD - plus the case looks cooler! So there, daughter! A great feature is buying through desertcart which gives you ample time to use a refurbished device in case it has a flaw or upchucks on you. It does everything I need it to do and does it well. I did load Open Office rather than Microsoft Office which works well.
Review: Great little business laptop - I grabbed one of these to replace an HP laptop for my assistant. The laptop feels so much better than the one it is replacing. They keyboard has a nice tactile touch, and it has two buttons under the trackpad which is sadly missing on so many other laptops. I thought the screen would be rather small (14") for my old eyes, and even though I'm not the one using it, when I set it up it looked really nice and was definitely usable even for an old guy like me. It's light, but feels substantial at the same time. It's perfect for the things we do. Email, document prep, Stamps.com, Excel, etc...
