A: There are no genetically modified commercial varieties of sunflower seeds, so they're all non-GMO.

**Q: Has anyone seasoned these themselves with mrs. dash or another salt free option? if so, what method did you use to season the shell? bake in the oven?**
A: I melted butter, put seasoning into it, put the seeds into the bowl and stirred around, put on cookie pan and spread evenly, baked in oven 300°  stirred around often and maybe cooked for 1/2 hour total,

**Q: How much sodium per serving of shelled and kernel not just kernel?**
A: Back of package in product picture states 5mg of sodium with is very small amount for entire bag which obviously means shell and kernel in bag.
The same would be true for kernel only bags.

**Q: where is this grown?**
A: These seeds are grown in the United States.  Usually in North Dakota, South Dakota and Kansas.  These seeds are not a GMO product.
