The percentage of the VLT means the Visual Light Transmission. The higher the VLT percentage is, the lighter the lens tint. VLT 0-8% - Suitable for sunny day with bright light. VLT 9-18% - Suitable for sunny to partly cloudy day. VLT 19-42% - Suitable for overcast, cloudy, foggy day. VLT 43-79% - Suitable for low light conditions. VLT 80-99% - Suitable for dark night. Hope this will help you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, ZIONOR **Q: does the zionor X4 ski googles fit women's Smith helmet?. whats the best lens for flat light?** A: Kelly Francis. Why would you go to a question and asnwer section just to tell someone "you don't know". No one cares you're a noob at skiing lol. They just want their question to be answered with something besides "I dont know" Yes, this will fit your helmet. The higher the VLT the better you will be able to see in low light conditions. If you want something to protect against bright light stick with the low VLT and dark lense. **Q: what lens should i get?** A: It depends on the weather. They have the percentage of transparency (VLT), VLT11-18 % are for clear days and 99% are complete Transparent. I have black and they were perfect for sunny and cloudy days **Q: What do the letters before the vlt % mean? i am seeing ao, x, y, & z....** A: People have already answered this and it turns out that they are internal for the manufacturer and don't mean anything to the consumer. It is confusing because everybody is asking this question. I'm betting the company wishes they wouldn't have done this. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clear vision, no fog, and perfect for ski days *by on Reviewed in the United States May 2, 2026* These ski goggles are absolutely perfect and performed really well on the slopes. The anti fog feature works impressively, keeping vision clear even in changing weather and all-day use. They feel comfortable and fit securely over a helmet without slipping or pressure points. The UV protection is solid, and visibility stays sharp in snow and bright conditions. Overall, they’ve been a reliable piece of gear that made ski days way more comfortable and stress-free. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely Worth Purchasing! *by on Reviewed in the United States February 27, 2026* These goggles were definitely a favorite! They fit my face wonderfully and blocked sun and glare so well that I could see perfectly! I was concerned that they would feel heavy, but they were very lightweight. Easy to adjust, once I put them on I did not touch them during the 2-hour tubing session. Absolutely worth the price! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Quality and Price and Looks Great on You Too *by on Reviewed in the United States May 4, 2019* I’m gonna start off by saying that I’m not a expert on snowboarding and don’t know much about snowboarding gears; however, from my experience with these goggles, I would definitely recommend to any beginner to intermediate snowboarders/skiers.First off, this price is probably one of the cheapest you can find on amazon. I remember looking and comparing for a long time and most of the products I found were in a much higher price range (60-200). The elastic band that goes around your head is easy-to-adjust and comfortable. You won’t feel uncomfortable even after three hours of snowboarding. The surface also does the job of protecting your eyes from the sun. I had to squint my eyes every time I took my goggles off. Lastly, these look great on anyone! I’m pretty pickY when it gets to looks; however, they’re stylish and have great color schemes (there’s like 20 styles you can choose from).I’m probably gonna stick with these for a long time since I don’t snowboard much. But from my first experience, these are great and definitely for beginner and intermediate skiers/snowboarders. ## Frequently Bought Together - ZIONOR Lagopus B1 Ski Goggles OTG Anti fog Snow Goggles UV Protection Snowboard Goggles for Men Women Adult Youth - ihuan Winter Waterproof Ski Gloves Men Women, Snow Warm Cycling Cold Weather, Driving Biking Running - Gash Hao Mens Snow Ski Waterproof Softshell Snowboard Pants Outdoor Hiking Fleece Lined Zipper Bottom Leg --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/51686472-lagopus-b1-ski-goggles-otg-anti-fog-snow-goggles-uv](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/51686472-lagopus-b1-ski-goggles-otg-anti-fog-snow-goggles-uv) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
