It is only 18/8 so she claims not 18/10. However, the bottom of the pot only has her name not the number grade of the stainless steel. That is a first for me. I purchased her 8 quart pot and it makes popping sounds when boiling water for pasta and the inside and outside bottom of the pan stained badly. I used baking soda and dish washing liquid as a paste to get rid of it and it didn’t work completely. I will give this pot one more chance tomorrow to make chicken noodle soup.
