She is so picky.** A: Once a product is opened we can no longer accept a return on it. We recommend adding warm water to the kibble seasoning and stirring it in to her food. This should help bring out the amazing aroma to entice your pup that much more! **Q: what is the product to water ratio?** A: This is simply a seasoning to sprinkle on the dogs food. There is no ratio that I am aware of. Duck is my dog’s favorite. **Q: Are the potatoes cooked or raw prior to being freeze dried?
