**Q: Can I rinse this off instead of using a cotton pad to remove?**
A: You can. I rinse off my eyes because it is gentler and seems to remove mascara a bit better. However, using water will make your skin feel a bit drier. I use the toner on most of my face. It is extremely gentle. My skin has never felt better.

**Q: What color is the actual product?**
A: The actual product is white.  The container is clear, so when you look at the image of the product, you are seeing the actual product in a clear pump bottle.  We do have it in stock!  Thank you!

**Q: I have really sensitive, I breakout to almost every cleanser. I have acne prone/ dry skin i’m oily on my tzone. Will this break me out?**
A: In my opinion it shouldn't. I suffer with rosacea, dry and oily skin, mild breakouts, sensitive skin. I didn't break out much at all with this. I would def recommend giving it a try. Also look into The Ordinary Line & Cetaphil
