I am 5’3 140lbs and got a size small (I wear size M in clothing) .I wanted it for PP belly. The item goes all the way up under my breast and to the top of my bum( pic#1 again short torso). Sitting down it can help with posture I guess but starts to poke and make it uncomfortable. I tried to fold it in half (pic#2)which is a better fit but it does show a lot bulging wires and it hurts…I’m going to return it cause it’s not a good fit for me.
