It has the tripod, pivo unit, and cell phone holder. All Pivo brand name. I ordered this case to make it easier to carry all this around. It is a very nice looking case, with cut-outs for all three of those items. It would be 5 stars for sure if it fit. But that's the issue. None of the items I just received actually fit in the case. The cut-out for the tripod is a good 1.5 inches too short. The cell phone holder is too wide to fit. And the pivo unit itself can be squeezed in - sort of. But it's an extremely tight fit and I'm not willing to do that to an expensive piece of electronics. I wanted to love this case, but had to return it since nothing fit. The inside of the case is a hard foam, which would be perfect if things were the right size.
