That being said the set I got seems to be much better than some. All the colors are opaque the yellow is to die for. When testing the water proof I noticed the colors that have white in them are less water proof and peel a little after they get wet so if you are like me and have watery eyes this may be an issue. When they are dry on the back of my hand they don’t budge or smear. It’s also really cool they don’t dry immediately so you have a few second to blend the colors into another if you want to do a rainbow look or gradient. Keep in mind based off all the reviews it seems a gamble. You might get a good batch or a bad one.
