Great sound
Bought for the pastor, and get really good sound! Even when not directly in front of the mouth, still pick up the voice well without picking up background noise.

All I can say is wow! This mic is amazing!!! For wedding ceremonies, it works incredible, even on a windy day there was no noise.. a definite must have for public speakers

When you need to be Shure
I bought one to test for church pastor use. This mic exceeded my expectations, in multiple churches with multiple pastors, male and female. I needed to get away from lapel type mics because of jewelry/necklace issues. The mic is durable, sounds great and is easy to use. Also notable is that it's got good quality and pick up, even when not positioned perfectly. I would run this $230 mic against the $600 competion any day.
