I think this is a bit deceiving. Having said that it has to be better for you than the majority of toxic crap that is for sale out there. They are really gentle, don't dry out your skin and contain no unnessary chemicals including synthetic perfumes. It lathers and rinses well and doesn't leave any residue as with some of the other natural shower gels or Castille soap based products I've tried.
