Spillguard utilizes duponttm active layer rs renewably sourcedtm moisture barrier film, which contains a minimum of 20% renewably sourced ingredients by weight. Made in the usa, spillguard is hypo-allergenic, mold and mildew resistant and is ozone friendly and does not out-gas. I bought this because I have and elderly dog who has accidents in the house sometimes.  I clean them up right away and wipe down the top of the rug pad.  I lifted it up to vacuum underneath and it looks like all of the urine and liquid from drinks that have spilled went straight through!  The description says: "Spillguard barrier prevents any leakage through to the floor, makes spills easy to blot up"  Very disappointed.  This could have ruined my wood floors if I hadn't caught it in time.  When I view the order I can no longer request a refund.  I bought it about 3-4 months ago.

As you can see this is not foam!!! Premium? Are you kidding me.  I had a lot of guests coming for the weekend so I needed something, but couldn't be more disappointed.  This "felt" rug pad is clearly nothing of what I ordered, especially for what I paid!  BUYER BEWARE!!  Rip Off!!  Wish I could give it 0 stars!!
