For reference, the desired range of Vit D for a woman in her mid-40ā€™s is between 30-100. My family doctor told me I needed to take 10,000 units of Vitamin D for one month, and then re-check the level.So, I decided to get this formula because it is liquid and it is easily digested (which is ideal per the literature). It does not have a taste, AND it can be taken under the tongue, which is also ideal for absorption.
