Care should be exercised not to let moisture penetrate between the seams which can cause swelling. Coverage: 60 m² per litre per coat. 30 m² for two coats (recommended) Before applying a new coat of HG Laminate Gloss Coating the floor (also new floors) should be cleaned with HG Laminate Powerful Cleaner to completely clean remove old wax and polish layers. After cleaning, rinse the floor with a damp cloth and allow the floor to dry completely before applying HG Laminate Gloss Coating. The best results for HG Laminate Gloss Coating can be obtained by using a Non-Fluffy Cloth.. Dip the cloth in the solution and squeeze it out so it is damp (not too wet). Attach to a Floor Wiper or wrap securely around a sponge squeegee mop over which a plastic bag has been placed. Apply HG Laminate Gloss Coating thinly and evenly in one direction only. Do Not rub in. Do not treat more than 5 m² at a time. Regularly dip the cloth in the HG Laminate Gloss Coating solution and squeeze out the excess. After approximately 45 minutes, the HG Laminate Gloss Coating will be dry and a second coat can be applied at right angles to the first coat (for extra shine and protection). After 3 hours the floor can be walked on. Avoid spillages or heavy wear for 24 hours until the HG Laminate Gloss Coating has completely hardened. Maintenance: Wash or mop the floor with HG Laminate Wash and Shine add 100ml (one cup) to a full bucket of water (10 litre) and use the solution to wash/mop the floor. This product was easy to apply and dried faster than I expected, with little odour. Which is great when you have dogs and humans wanting to walk room to room.
