So far it works well. I liked that it came fully charged so I could use it immediately. I've only used it a few times for 20 minutes a day but I expect it will help more over time. Note: be sure to use enough water to fully wet the adhesive for the pads to stick. The device itself is great. I researched several similar devices to compare features. I liked that this one has two completely separate channels that can use different settings, instead of using the same setting at different intensity. I also like that it has both TENS and EMS features, which are clearly labeled in the manual. So far I have not used more than half strength, so it's pretty strong for the price. The only thing I would change would be the screen brightness. At night it's very bright. I would also like a case instead of the cloth storage bag, but at least the bag is better than nothing.
