The sound is great, I've gotten comments about how my voice is very clear on interviews (they look at me a little weird when I say its an external mic, so I've stopped saying that). Has not dropped or clipped or had connectivity issues. Its a little big, but I've had it for over a year and it's never been an issue. Problems: I turn of the light on it, periodically it turns back on. It's annoying. The mute button isn't reliable. I always check if the light is red because I've touched it blindly and it did NOT mute me.
