I love the colors, the remote, and the ability to link all the ropes together on my phone digitally and run them from there. One of my ropes died unexpectedly, no rhyme or reason. Potentially just a fluke. I contacted the customer service department. Gave them the proof they needed. They were quick to resolve my issue, I’ve been using all my ropes for various events and parties. I love them. Someone in a different review said to use an adhesive strip on the back of the lights because it’s easier to mount that way, but I found that didn’t work for me or at least with my wall so I had to use the tiny little screws which were a bit finicky, but still easy to install. I’ve had them for over a month now and they are great. However, one time they sort of like glitched out and it looked like there was a rave being thrown in my room. They were blinking every millisecond, but I just reset the color in the app and it was fine. Personally, I don’t use the remote control because why would I when there is an app on my phone that can control it. Overall I am very pleased; there are more expensive versions of this so I was hesitant to buy it thinking it might be cheaper quality but so far so good.
