Just what I needed to replace the IDE hard drive with SATA drive in my Humax PVR. Worked straight away. Excellent. ### ⭐ Doesn't work *by T***U on 8 May 2025* Wanted this to use an old 20GB SSD from a dead laptop in an even older tower PC. It connected up ok and the BIOS actually detected the drive first time, brilliant or so I thought. That was until the whole system then hung, until I removed the drive and rebooted. Now the PC doesn't see it all, despite the drive working in another machine. Despite trying different drives and on a different PC, this adaptor appears to now be totally dead.
