Our disposable placemats are made with D2W so they break down much more quickly in the open environment, and will therefore not accumulate in the oceans or leave behind microplastics or toxic residues. D2W plastic is not designed for backyard composting, so please place your discarded placemats in your recycling bin or with your regular trash. **Q: Do your mats fit airplane trays or is the adhesive too big to fit?** A: Great question!
