Remember this is a sealant, not a glue. Personally I wouldn't seal fence panels. Allowing some wind to blow through helps them from not blowing down. **Q: What do people use to cut the top off? i always struggle with these! sorry if silly question to those with the diy know-how!** A: Hi, A strong pair of kitchen scissors, or garden pruners will do the job. **Q: Do you stock this on clear as the description says white.** A: They certainly make it in clear.
