We first tried this 100% pure, Norwegian Cod Liver oil as an alternative for the youngest members of the family, who seem to dislike swallowing oil capsules. To my amazement, the children took very easily to swallowing the natural oil instead. We first tried the orange flavoured oil ... which was SO popular that we had to stop the children taking double dosages! I therefore jumped at the chance for us to test this alternative flavour. The "Lemon-Mint" combination has a really unique taste - not at all what one would associate with an oil supplement. It has proved equally popular with the adults and teenagers... but, strangely, not with our youngest children (one described it as tasting like a minty-lemon cough sweet).
