I have plantar fasciitis and just constant pain in my heels. I don’t know how I stumbled on this but I sure am lucky I did. The directions took my a second but there are pictures to help. When the aroma is placed on your feet it is slightly warm and I felt immeadiate relief. So much that I began to cry. It provided relief in a way that only a foot massage had before. It provided relief in a way that my stretches, inserts, frozen water bottles’ and flex bands couldn’t provide. I’m a teacher with a second job and am on my feet for 14-16 hours a day. These will help with minor feet pain or major. It can target different areas of the feet too. I put mine on the heel. It looks a little shady, but I could not sing praises for this product more and this is only my first night using them. It does a bit when you take them off, but I don't smell anything putting them on!
