**Q: Could this be used to press moisture out of cooked cauliflower?**
A: Probably could, but it is a meat press, not a vegetable press, and has no drain holes.  I would not recommend it for this purpose.

**Q: What is the volume of the bowl?**
A: Hello

The volume is approximately 3451 cubic centimetres, and for liquidi it holds 600ml.

**Q: How do you know how many pounds/kilos of pressure you have added?**
A: No idea!
But it is very good at pressing ox tongue after I have cooked it.

**Q: Has the press got draine hole in it, and can you put vegetables through it.**
A: No there are no drain holes, but as the press is operated moisture is forced out of the top of the press and can be drained off as you operate the press, you can press anything with this device.I have pressed meat, chicken, vegetables, even cabbage, it is a remarkable device.
