A: Yes, I have printed using Word and Excel using Windows PC. Have not tried using a mobile device

I bought this printer as it was supposedly easy to set up and use! I've had a number of issues including with the HP smart app but primarily the printer not being able to link wirelessly with other devices (an issue that is apparently quite common with HP printers). The online/automated customer service web-page is a joke! Basically, if you can't sort the problem out yourself using their manuals then you have no chance! And then the final straw appears that this company here that I bought the thing from only have a one moth return policy, having delivered the thing late in the first place!! Save yourself a load of headache and hassle buy something else from someone else!
