Just can't see how this skin tape would help. However, I have used them for many years for help with CPAP. Cut them into strips and use to help prevent mouth breathing. That is, I tape my mouth shut except for one corner. This helps, but is not a perfect fix. Then again, nothing is. But there are other uses. Cut into strips and place over mole skin on that painful place on the outside of your foot. They won't roll off even when sliding socks on. (Clean foot skin assumed). The chin-up film lasts much longer than the mole skin alone. Also, use strips to tack down Hydrocolloid Dressing patches. Those patches heal cuts twice as fast as just a band-aide or a band-aide and anti-biotic cream. The patches don't stick very well, but a strip of Chin-up film holds it down nicely. In my work I get small cuts occasionally. Since I can't stop working for a finger cut, the chin-up strip holding down a colloid patch makes a very durable combination, even when sanding or chiseling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ these tend to be a help, not a total fix. *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2020* The adhesion is STRONG. Without soaking the strips to remove them (and then working to get the adhesive off afterwards) , I have found the strips produce some skin rash above the sides of my mouth. The strips will stretch during the night and still allow a little mouth breathing, but if worn with a mediocre chin strap, the total result is very good!
