The alarm won’t burst your ear drums but you’ll definitely hear it go off outside. I feel much better having one of these in my bike than the cheap ones on amazon that are very easy to snap. The alarm sensitivity is just right for me, the warning goes off as soon as you move the bike and I’ve never had the alarm go off by itself. I have a little 125 with no centre stand so when its really windy the gusts set off the warning occasionally, if you have a bigger bike or centre stand that shouldn’t be an issue!
