I love this product. I take (2) in the morning and (1) in the evening every day. Within just a day or two I already noticed that I felt cleaner. My BMs are regular and now I can be clean after only a couple wipes. I have much more confidence in the bedroom because I know that if something last minute happens, I'm already clean. I still usually docuhe just because it makes me feel a bit more confident, but everything is clean from the beginning.
