If they are loose, they move around and screw up the balance so you have to keep trimming. I did notice on a couple of mine that the company logo sticker was on the OUTSIDE of the shrink wrap instead of inside it. Just that little bit makes it catch when you are trying to insert them. If yours are like that, just peel the dang sticker off. They last at least as long as the original batteries and the charger works great. I bought a second set and am going to be buying a third one here shortly. They are cheap. All of the stuff this size is cheap.
