A friend of a friend had one of these as well and had the EXACT same problem around the 30 day mark. BTW, I also have the white version of this for my iPhone 5S and have had a volume button go MIA. So it still works; however, it's no longer water-proof. Also, I take extremely good care of my products/purchases. I've had this case for a week only! Seems to be a problem with this case as the only other review complains about the exact same thing.
