Review: 頻繁に交換 - 外向きに使うだけならそれほど交換しなくてもいいと思います。使用頻度にもよりますが、内向きに使うと熱による劣化も激しいし、メンテを怠るとすぐに錆びます。もう何回か交換してますが、ちょうど予備が無かったので購入しました。無いと困る物なので、評価っていわれても・・・ただ、ステンレス製じゃない理由なら言えます。SUS304（18-8ステンレス）は焼入れしようがなんだろうが、どんなに頑張っても耐熱じゃないし、そもそも鋼材自体が耐熱用として製造されていないのでムリです。SUS316などの耐熱ステンレスはバカに高額だし（SUS304の10倍はします）、鉄と同じ強度を出そうとしたら3倍の厚さ・太さが必要になるので、値段も高くなるし重くなってしまいます。だから鉄製でいいんですね。
