Personally, I love just rolling it on my spine and using the extra height as leverage to mash my shoulders and open up my chest. I think it works better for stretching my chest than just a normal foam roller. Some of the bigger guys (6'+ and over 250 lbs) at my gym were messing around on it and you could see it flexing but it seemed to hold up. All around it's fun and thus far been a worthwhile purchase.
