Found this product gave me a new lease of life when using the toilet in our low level ensuite. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. I especially like the supportive arms. We had a brand new toilet fitted however even though comfort height it was still not high enough for my father hence ordering the additional seat. the only fixing was at the front and when tightened it made the back of the seat raise. There were no side fittings so when m father went to test it as soon as he put one had on the rail it tipped over. I did have an occupational therapist come round to fit it however still had the same problem. Nothing special about the toilet it was being fitted to.
